I am submitting details to the travel agent for the flights and they would like to know if there is any ‘special diet’ requests for meals. If you have an allergy or specific diet requirement please let me know by tomorrow afternoon at the latest.

I am also appealing to you for assistance for the fundraising event next Wednesday night. I have had very few reply and so I ask for you to follow up with me so that I can make appropriate arrangements. This is an excellent fundraiser and will go along way to the success of our tour.

I also need to advise you that there has been a flight time amendment for our return flight to Perth. We are now departing Bali July 1 at 9.30pm on flight JQ107 arriving in Perth at 1.15am July 2.

Hello Team,

I emailed previously about the music concerts fundraising opportunity. I have two students that have offered to assist me, Radha and Zari. I have just been informed that the first concert is not the 24th May, it is next Wednesday 24th April. I require 5-6 students to attend along with myself. You will need to supply a couple of cakes or alternative options. We will need to set up at 6.15 and at the conclusion of interval we pack up and go home.

This is a team effort and I do need some commitment as a team. I will be at Duncraig tomorrow morning if you would like to visit me in the office to discuss.

Morning all,

The Music Department has a number of performances occurring during the year and they have offered us the opportunity to host the pre-show and interval refreshments stand to raise money for the tour. What we need to do:

Work in groups of four. Provide coffee/tea, muffins, cakes, savouries etc. All money raised will go towards a joint fundraising effort and spread evenly.

The first date is Wednesday May 24, show commencing at 6.45. I will allocate 4 students or you can volunteer. A staff member will also be in attendance. Please let me know by the first week back Term 2.
