All students in Kindy to Year 6 and their families are encouraged to join Miss Uglow, Mrs Bartels and Mr Simms on the Primary Green every Thursday morning to run as many laps around the Green as you can! No matter what your ability is, come on down to earn House points, improve your fitness, build your confidence and run your way towards a healthier lifestyle. Each participating individual will be given their own Running Club lapathon card to count their laps every week. Runners will earn 1 Running Club House Point for every lap they complete around the Primary Green. Running Club lapathon cards must be left in our year group bags at the end of each session.

We will meet on the Primary Green every THURSDAY morning from 8.00am – 8.25am. Come dressed in your sport uniform or normal school uniform and running shoes. You can still participate even if you are not dressed in your sport uniform! Drawing Competition – Calling All Young Artists: Join the Primary Drawing Competition!

Attention all budding artists! It’s time to unleash your creativity and embark on a journey into the realm of imagination with our Primary Drawing Competition! 🚀🖌️

This year, our theme is “Journey into Imagination“, inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland. As the theme for this year’s Art Exhibition: Fusion is “Down the Rabbit Hole“, we invite you to explore the enchanting universe of Lewis Carroll’s timeless tale and let your imagination run wild.

Here’s how you can participate:

🖍️ Lower Primary: You have the option to either collect a colouring page from the Primary Forum near the entrance to Student Reception, or let your imagination take flight and create your own original picture on A4 paper.

🎨 Upper Primary: Get ready to showcase your artistic prowess by creating your very own original drawing inspired by the theme.

Make sure to write your name, house, and class on the back of your entry, and drop it into the designated box in the Primary Forum near the door to Student Reception.

📅 Deadline: All entries must be received by Friday, September 20th, the last day of Term 3. Feel free to submit multiple entries and let your creativity shine!

🏆 Prizes: Winners will be announced at the Fusion – Art Exhibition in Term 4. Not only will you receive an award for your outstanding creativity, but you’ll also be rewarded with a special prize!

This is your chance to showcase your talent, express your imagination, and be part of something truly magical. So, gather your pencils, paints, and markers, and let’s embark on an artistic adventure together!

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to let your creativity soar. We can’t wait to see the amazing artworks you’ll create!

Let’s paint a masterpiece together and make this year’s Primary Drawing Competition one to remember!

Happy drawing! 🎨🌟
