2024 Presentation Evening
We look forward to welcoming you at our Presentation Evening this Thursday, commencing at 6:45pm. Please join us to celebrate all that our students have accomplished in 2024. Doors will open from 6:15pm and we ask all students from Year 3-6 to arrive by 6:30pm. We are asking parents to please show your children where you will be sitting before students from Year 3-6 join their peers on the choir risers. This is important to allow them to locate you at the end of the evening. Students in Years 1 and 2 will be seated with their parents. We invite students to take photos with their Teachers and Learning Assistants after the formal proceedings, should you wish to do so.
Bookings are essential but tickets are all free of charge. All attendees, including guests, staff, awardees and performers must book a ticket. Parking will be provided on the oval. Book online at https://ticketing.humanitix.com/tours/presentation-evenings-2024

We cannot wait to see you all there!
Final Assembly
Please note that we will be holding a final Assembly at approximately 10:30am in the Primary Forum. We would love as many parents as possible to join us in celebrating the end of the 2024 school year! Our Year 6 House Captains have a surprise to share which you are sure to enjoy.
Rainbow Run
Only 8 more sleeps until the much anticipated Rainbow Run! This will occure on The Green at approximately 11:00am. All parents are welcome to attend! Students will be dismissed from school at 12.00pm. We suggest families bring a few spare garbage bags to cover their car seats as students will no doubt be a little messy after their run!
Please let us know if you are available to assist with this event by emailing admincarramar@ststephens.wa.edu.au
Running Club
Please join us for our final Running Club session of the year on Thursday 28 November! We encourage runners to bring their best Christmas spirit along (Christmas hats, sunglasses, socks, etc).

Location: Primary Green
Who: All students in Kindy to Year 6 and their families
No matter what your ability is, come on down to earn House points, improve your fitness, build your confidence and run your way towards a healthier lifestyle. Each participating individual will be given their own Running Club lapathon card to count their laps every week. Runners will earn 1 Running Club House Point for every lap they complete around the Primary Green. Running Club lapathon cards must be left in our year group bags at the end of each session.
Everyone is welcome – you do not need to sign up to participate in this club. Run at your own pace and come and go as you please. Parents/guardians and younger siblings are encouraged to join in too. Students – come dressed in your sport uniform or normal school uniform and running shoes. Students who do not have PE on a Thursday will need to change into their formal school uniform/shoes after running club.

Keep Our Kids Safe on the Road – School Crossing Survey
Dear Parents and Guardians
Just a friendly reminder about the City of Wanneroo School Crossing Survey. Your input is crucial to making our roads safer for students! We’ve already received many responses, but the more feedback we gather the better. If you haven’t completed the survey already, please take a few minutes to do so:
https://yoursay.wanneroo.wa.gov.au/projects/your-move-school-crossings-research
The survey closes 1 December, so don’t miss your chance!
Thank you for your support.
