Term 4, Week 7

Night On The Green

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire parent community for your incredible support of our parent-led ‘Night on the Green’ event. Your enthusiasm and participation made this evening a resounding success. It was wonderful to see so many families come together to celebrate and enjoy our school community. Your contributions, through volunteering, attending, or simply spreading the word, played a crucial role in creating such a memorable experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us such a strong school community.

We would especially like to thank Simone Pheiffer, Jessica Terlick and Layla Riley for many months of work planning this event. We are truly lucky to have such wonderful parents in our community.

Term 4 Running Club

All students in Kindy to Year 6 and their families are encouraged to join Miss Uglow, Mrs Bartels and Mr Simms on the Primary Green every Thursday morning to run as many laps around the Green as you can! No matter what your ability is, come on down to earn House points, improve your fitness, build your confidence and run your way towards a healthier lifestyle. Each participating individual will be given their own Running Club lapathon card to count their laps every week. Runners will earn 1 Running Club House Point for every lap they complete around the Primary Green. Running Club lapathon cards must be left in our year group bags at the end of each session.

We will meet on the Primary Green every THURSDAY morning from 8.00am – 8.25am. Everyone is welcome – you do not need to sign up to participate in this club. Run at your own pace and come and go as you please. Parents/guardians and younger siblings are encouraged to join in too.

Students – come dressed in your sport uniform or normal school uniform and running shoes. Students who do not have PE on a Thursday will need to change into their formal school uniform/shoes after running club.

Rainbow Run

It’s hard to believe that we are already planning our end of year celebrations! By popular demand and to end the year on a high note, please note that we will be holding a final Assembly at approximately 10:30am in the Primary Forum followed by a Fun Rainbow Run on The Green at approximately 11:00am! All parents are welcome to attend!  Students will be dismissed from school at 12.00pm. Lots of fun to end our 2024 academic year! We suggest families bring a few spare garbage bags to cover their car seats as students will no doubt be a little messy after their run!

Please let us know if you are available to assist with this event by emailing admincarramar@ststephens.wa.edu.au

(Where a due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.)

You will not be required to take any action, unless you would like to change the method of payment or frequency of payments. In which case, please contact the Accounts Receivable team on 9243 2103 or email accountsreceivable@ststephens.wa.edu.au as soon as possible.

If you wish to change your credit card, or bank account details, you are able to do this at any time throughout the year via the Parent Portal.
