Daniel Corcoran author and illustrator of “The Mark of the Maker Stone” was here to present the winner, Heidi Clarke, Year 6 at Carramar with her prize.  She is acknowledged in the book.

‘The Crazy Character Competition’ was a national competition to create a character who is central to this story of an atypical fairy. Her drawing provided some valuable inspiration for the development of the character ‘Bashoon’.
