To help celebrate a fantastic Indonesian Service Tour we are having a tour get together and presentation evening at the Duncraig campus Community Centre on Wednesday 7th August from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.

As part of the evening the staff will offer feedback on what was an amazing tour and students will share their experiences including;

• Street Centre
• Monday night street kids walk
• Youth camp
• Bali Life Children’s Home
• Uluwatu Temple
• Single Fin Beach
• Social Justice Market activity
• Buying and distributing care packs
• Flight, cultural experience, food
• Church on Sunday morning
• Hidden Canyon
• Nusa Dua Black Pebble Beach and Water Blow holes

Please make sure that you get any donations for the upcoming sausage sizzles in to us this week. (Sausages, Rolls, Onions, Cans)

Also, for those of us running it this weekend it might be worth bringing a hat and sunscreen as part of the stall gets the sun for a while. Also a bag of ice each would be great.

I will be there at 7:00am to start getting things set up and organised.

Should be a fun day generating lots of money for the cause.

Due to circumstances beyond our control our first meeting has changed to an “in-school meeting” on Thursday 18th of November from 12:15pm – 1:00pm at the Duncraig Campus in the Reading Room.

Mr Drake will bus the Carramar Students to and from Duncraig so be ready for 12:00pm.

We look forward to meeting everyone then.

Hello and welcome to our Indonesia Service Tour Team for 2019.

Next week we have our first meeting. this will be on Tuesday 16th at Duncraig Campus from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.

Carramar students can get the bus with Mr Drake and either return with him or get picked up from Duncraig (please let him know if this is the case).

The meeting will allows us to understand a bit more about our Bali partners (Bali Life) and discuss any pre-trip activities like fund raising, planning, resources etc. We will also organise the groups and plan for activities and projects once we are in Bali.

Plus it is a great way to meet get to know everyone.
