Hello Team,
As you will know from last week’s meeting, we have a major fundraising event on Thursday night. We are hosting the music concert in Cousins Hall at Duncraig. We urgently require 3/4 students to assist on the night. Mr Verron has not yet received any names of students willing to assist. We also need each student to provide refreshments that can be sold prior to the concert which commences at 6.45. (list of suggestions below). You will need to attend from 5.15pm and at the commencement of the show, you can clean up and go home.
We know you are attending the excursion into the CBD that day but you will be back at school by lunchtime. This is not a stressful event and the money does go towards the tour fundraising.
Please email Mr Verran directly to advise him if you will be attending. Could each of you please advise on this Blog, what item you will be donating for the evening. We do not need to double up on items.

Good afternoon Mrs Wilson,
I believe Amelia has already emailed Mr Verran regarding her attendance tonight. She has the following items ready: a box of Coke and lemonade (24–30 cans per box), 24 iced cupcakes, 18 mini muffins, and approximately 24 cookies.
We just wanted to kindly check whether the money raised from these items will go towards Amelia’s fundraising, or if it will be considered a donation and we’ll need to cover the cost ourselves.

Well Amelia has certainly risen to the occasion. She is a diligent student. The money raised at these events is put into the pool and provided to a project at Mowanjum or Manjali Studio School. Generally it is a donation by the students and they cover the costs. You have been very generous and perhaps for the next event, I think you can consider something very simple.
It is much appreciated though.
