Time is drawing near and I expect you are getting excited. Yesterday I received a report on your fundraising efforts. Seems that there are a number of students that have some work to do. It may be that you have yet to hand in the money you have raised. If that is the case, please do so immediately. If you still have a shortfall, please speak with the tour staff or myself regarding ways we can support you.
Do not leave this to the last minute. It is not your parents responsibility to fill in any gaps that may be outstanding.
Could I ask you to advise the staff via this Blog what plans you have in place and when they are to occur.

Just wanted to update you on Amelia’s fundraising progress. She’s currently raising funds through GoFundMe, and things are tracking well so far. Amelia has set a target to ride 50 km and has already completed 23 km on the mountain bike trail.
Due to recent weather limitations, she hasn’t finished the full distance yet, but she’s determined to complete the remaining kilometers soon to reach her 50 km goal.
