BOOK CLUB

Did you know that buying books, games and toys through Scholastic Book Club helps our school?

The reward points we get from your book club purchases help us buy the licences our Literacy Pro readers need.

These licences allow the Year 3 – 6 students to borrow Literacy Pro books and then access the great comprehension quizzes that Scholastic provides.

Please help our children have the opportunity to become better readers by using Book Club to get your Christmas shopping underway this term.

Next book club orders are due by 25 October.

Hope you can help.

YEAR 2 – SAVE THE FARMERS RAFFLE

The Year 2s have put together two big prizes (first and second prize) and will be selling raffle tickets to raise money for our farmers to help them buy food to keep the farm animals alive.

Food from the shops comes from farms so we all need to care about this. If we lose our farms we lose a massive food resource which impacts on everyone!

Tickets will be on sale in the Forum on Tuesday and Thursday mornings before school for $2.00 each or three for $5.00. You can also visit the Year 2 classrooms during Day Start to buy a ticket. Please write your name and class on each ticket you buy. Tickets are limited so be quick!
