Another Win for Senior Boys Soccer

Our senior boys soccer team have won again! This is an amazing achievement, with around 100 schools from across the state competing.

Coach, Jonathon Langley said…..

“We’re through to the quarter finals of the state competition – we’re in the top 8 teams in the state!
It was an exciting and even game and after extra time it finished up 1-1. This took the game to a penalty shoot out. All 11 players for both teams had taken a penalty before we could find a winner and it was Harry Dickson who managed to score the winning penalty. Will Parkes was also a hero as he was brilliant in goal during the penalties, pulling off some great saves.”
The boys were absolutely bouncing at the end of the game – as they deserved to be. ”

The boys are hoping to get more spectators along to cheer them on in the next game. Their opponents are yet to be confirmed.

Volleyball Championships

Wednesday we had our senior boys and senior girls compete in the School Sport Western Australia, SSWA, volleyball championships at Warwick leisure centre.

Both teams performed extremely well, the boys finished as the runner up of the A grade and the girls finished 3rd in the A grade.
