Ride For A Reason

On Thursday 15 March Carramar Campus held our 10th annual Ride For A Reason.

80 students, 18 parents and 15 staff left SSS oval at 7:30 in the morning for a 10km, 20km or 40km ride around Lake Joondalup to raise money for charity. This year we were able to donate $800 to Bali Life Foundation.

Over the past 10 years we have had 1200 riders raise over $12,000 and have covered over a staggering 30,000km – that is 5 return trips to Melbourne or three quarters of the way around the earth!!!!!  We have made donations to Raw Impact Cambodia, World Bicycle Relief, Uniting Care West, Tranby House for the homeless, Food Rescue and Bali Life Foundation.

A HUGE thank you to all the riders and volunteers who helped out.
