On Wednesday the University Engineers’ Club (UEC)  hosted an “Exploring Engineering” showcase, where our students, led by Mr Steve Corcoran, were able to participate in various engineering-related activities encompassing the seven disciplines offered at UWA (mechanical, environmental, chemical, mining, civil, electrical and software).

Year 11 & 12 students Declan Duffy, Nick Hodgskin, Liam Ryan, Connor Meagher, Matthew Parrotte and Kushil Vaghjiani were an absolute delight to take on the excursion.

They were a credit to themselves, their parents and St Stephen’s School.

The highlight was making liquid nitrogen ice-cream.
