SUMMER OF SWIMMING
February 8, 2019Lest We Forget
November 13, 2018BADGE OF HONOUR
September 11, 2018Following on from our announcement of the House logo update earlier this year, we are excited to announce the new emblems for each House to wear with pride moving forward. The extensive design process saw students submit their own ideas for the logo update, which were compiled into three final designs that went to a vote among staff and students who selected the winning creations. The updated logos bring consistency across the School and a more modern look for our next generation.

August 2, 2018LOGO COLLABORATION EXTEND
June 1, 2018In light of many students being caught up with exams, camps and the like over recent weeks, we have decided to extend the House Logo redesign period until the end of the term (June 29).
This will give students more time to work on their collaboration pieces to ensure their house gets the best new redesign.
We can’t wait to see your ideas!
HOUSE PRIDE
May 14, 2018The School’s innovative House structure is one we’re extremely proud of. It gives students a home away from home, an extensive support system and a sense of pride and loyalty. After many years of loyal service, we think it might be time for a refresh of the logos representing each space.
The House colours and mascots we all follow will stay the same but we’re looking to engage our students in a collaborative redesign of the logos, with the updated design to be unveiled in Term 3.
Students from all Years can contribute to the process, penning their own design ideas over the next few weeks and submitting them to the House Deans either in person or via email by June 1 at the very latest.
The Deans will then collate all the designs and pass them on to the School’s experienced graphic designer who will take the ideas and combine them into three potential designs, which will then be put to a vote.
We aim to open the poll on the School’s Facebook page on June 15(TBC), which will close end of day Friday, June 29, with the winner announced at the start of Term 3. You will need to be a follower of the School’s page (facebook.com/StStephensSchoolWA) to be able to vote.
An unveiling event for Term 3 will be announced closer to the time, allowing students to take ownership of their new House logos into the future.
For any questions regarding the Logo Collaboration please contact your Dean.
Secondary Swimming Carnival 2018
February 8, 2018The 2018 swimming carnival was a great success with an excellent level of participation in so many events across all ages and genders. The weather was looking very ordinary first thing in the morning but the cloud cover meant that student’s weren’t getting overheated between events. Thank you to all the volunteers, parents, staff and students for an excellent effort on the day to deliver a fun carnival.
Below are a few snapshots from the day.

Costume Challenge
November 23, 2017Carana Costume Challenge had students channelling their inner fashion designer last week, creating a costume that best resembled their favourite Disney star. Can pick the characters?
Looks fun!
“So I recommend having fun, because there is nothing better for people in this world than to eat, drink, and enjoy life. That way they will experience some happiness along with all the hard work God gives them under the sun.” – Ecclesiastes 8:15
