Year 8 student Fletcher Sexton and his baseball team, the Perth Northern Metros, have certainly reached great heights in 2019! After a successful year in the domestic league, the team were crowned National Champions and travelled to California recently to represent Australia in the Intermediate League World Series. Although they didn’t finish top of the table Fletcher had the trip of a lifetime, exploring new parts of the world and even getting to meet some famous baseball players.
