Music Concert Catering – Take 2

Afternoon All,

Thank you to those students who said they could not enter their names for the catering as the spreadsheet (via the link) wouldn’t allow them to edit it. I have been to IT and they think the following link should work:

Each event is at the Duncraig Campus and you should arrive by 6pm in order to set up.

Finally, I have only received 6 scanned copies of passports so far, so you can please email these to me ASAP.

Music Concert Catering 2024

Hello Students,

I was great to meet your all as a group last week. There was a lot of energy and excitement for the tour that I hope transpires into your fundraising efforts.

As discussed, please find a link below that you can click on to add your name to assist with the catering for the music concerts this year. Carramar students will need to be involved with the first event on June 19th as the Duncraig students are away in camp.

MUSIC CONCERT CATERING 2024

We will only need about 6 students per event. Here are some ideas of what you may wish to make:

  • Slices, muffins, cup cakes, savoury mini-quiches etc.
  • Tea, coffee and milo can be made available as well on the night as we can source an urn. You will need to think of prices of what you’re selling (whole dollar amounts are usually best).

It will be nice to have some posters up outlining what we are raising money for, so if someone can please volunteer to do this and add their name via the link above.

1st Meeting Reminder

Dear Vietnam Students,
This is a reminder is a reminder about this Tuesday’s meeting in at the Carramar campus (details below).
We would like everyone to meet at the Carramar campus after school on Tuesday 7th May at approximately 4pm in room 1M4.
Duncraig students, if you can please meet Mrs Freeman and myself at the turning circle straight after school and we will all drive up to the Carramar campus together. We should arrive at Carramar by 4pm and will arrive back at Duncraig at approximately 6pm. If we’re going to be later you can text your parents to let them know.
Carramar students, Mrs Harris and Mr Andrews should be at Carramar so please keep an eye out for them. Your parents should be able to pick you at 5.30pm.
If you cannot make it to this meeting you must let me know so that we can fill you in after the meeting.
Can you ensure you bring a pen with you please.
