Hello All,

I hope you’re well. With the first of our music concerts fast approaching (2 weeks) I thought I would touch base.

Thank you to all who have volunteered their time so far, however, we only have one person helping out so far on Thursday 20th June for the Primary School Concert. Can I please ask for a couple more volunteers to help out on the night. If you cannot make either evening, then it would be great if you could please provide some food for the evening and pass it onto one of the other students attending the event (or Mrs Harris).

Saanvi Shah and Alyssa, if you can please email me your posters when finished so that I can see if there is anything else we need to add before the event.

I will be in touch over email with those who are attending to talk through final preparations etc.
