Please find a link below to a folder where we would like you to put images you find from the internet that can be projected onto the walls of the school so that we can trace them for our murals.

Please find images linked to Australian and Vietnamese sports and Australian animals (cartoon style images might be the most suitable for a kindergarten). If you can please have these uploaded by the end of next week that would be great. Thank you.

Hello Duncraig Students,

Hey Team,

Not long to go now — the countdown is officially on! 🇻🇳

Just confirming a few important details before we head off on this amazing adventure:

Departure: We’ll be meeting at the airport at 9:00pm on Thursday, 20th November.

 Return: We’ll be arriving back at approximately 10:00pm on Saturday, 29th November.

Please make sure you have all your travel documents including a paper copy of your visa, im so excited it’s going to be an unforgettable experience!

Lesson Plans: A quick reminder that all lesson plans must be submitted by next Friday, 24th October. This gives us enough time to review and finalise everything before departure. Please refer back to previous blogs with links to the folders.

Tour T-Shirts: You have permission to wear your Vietnam Tour T-shirts to school during Weeks 2 and 3.

Fundraising:
A huge thank you to everyone who has completed their fundraising and paid it into the school account — fantastic effort! I’ll be emailing each of you individually to confirm your fundraising status.

If you have any outstanding balance, please make sure it’s paid by this Friday so everything is sorted ahead of the trip.

Keep the energy up, team, it’s nearly time to make a difference and experience something truly special.

Friday Recess for Duncaig students last chance to complete Visas.

Please make sure you are there if you haven’t applied for your Visa. If you cannot make Friday, please email and let me know. sian.freeman@ststephens.wa.edu.au

Next Thursday, 11th September 

EVERYONE must attend the meeting afterschool. Carramar students, you will come down on the school bus if you need a lift.

Please have any resources for your lessons sorted and planned – there will be some time to plan, but not much.

If you are unable to attend, please let myself and Mrs Wilson know.

FUNDRAISING 

Some people still have not put anything into accounts. Please can I ask that this be done with a matter of urgency this week.  Everyone needs to have raised a minimum of $500.

Dear Team,

We will be having a cross campus meeting at Duncraig Campus Community Room on Thursday 11th September commencing at 3.40pm until 4.45pm. It is a high priority that you attend this meeting as we have a lot to cover. During the meeting we will discuss fundraising (what is left of it), visas for those that have not yet submitted, activities that you have planned for the kindergarten, and the packing list along with the itinerary.

Carramar students you will receive a Consent 2 Go shortly. Please ensure you arrange to meet Mr Dwyer and Mrs Britza promptly at 3.20pm in Reception for transport to Duncraig.
