Have you been to the Library Cafe? New cafe spaces can now be found in the foyer of the secondary libraries. They have proven very popular with students, who enjoy chatting with friends, reading newspapers and magazines, playing chess and other games and enjoying a hot drink from the drinks machine.

These are casual, comfortable areas that provide an alternative to the formal learning areas in the library. Students can consume food and drinks in these areas, unlike the rest of the library, and even sit in the sunshine on those colder days.
