Dear Families,
We are already into Week 3, and it’s wonderful to see our school community settling into the rhythm of the term! From our littlest learners in the ELC to our Year 6 leaders, there’s a great sense of energy and enthusiasm around the school.
This week brings some exciting moments for our students: ELC Pre-Kindergarten photos are happening on Wednesday, 12 February, along with catch-up photos. A great chance to capture those big smiles! Our Year 2 students will dive into hands-on learning with the Science Alive Incursion on Thursday, 13 February—we can’t wait to see their curiosity in action. Year 3-6 students will have their catch-up photo day on Wednesday, 12 February, so be sure to check uniforms and practice those picture-perfect grins. And finally, we wrap up the week with our House Captains Assembly on Friday, 14 February, at 2:20pm—a special moment to celebrate student leadership and school spirit. There are a few notices below to take note of upcoming dates for the term ahead too.
We look forward to another fantastic week and appreciate the ongoing support from our school families. See you around the school!

Parent teacher interviews
Parent-teacher interviews for Pre Primary – Year 6 will be held during Week 5 (Monday 24th February – Thursday 27th February). More details, including available time slots and booking information, will be sent out on Monday 17th February.
Year Coordinators
We are excited to invite parents and carers to nominate themselves for the role of Year Coordinator for 2025! This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in fostering a strong sense of community within your child’s year group and support key school initiatives.
The title of “Year Coordinator” replaces the multi-used names of “Social Coordinator” and “Parent Rep”. We are looking for 2-3 parents or carers per cohort to take on this important role. Year Coordinators will be responsible for organising volunteers for school events, maintaining communication within the year group, and supporting school and parent led events, including the Primary School Disco and this year’s inaugural “Community Movie Night on the Green.”
If you’re passionate about helping create a positive school community, we’d love to hear from you! Please complete the “Expression of Interest” form, which will be reviewed by the leadership team. Coordinators will be selected based on the needs of the cohort.
Nominate yourself today and help shape a welcoming, connected environment for all our students and families in 2025!

Applications close 4pm, Tuesday 11 February 2025.
Warm regards,

Will the Safe on Social talk be recorded? I would love to attend but cannot make the 7th. Thanks.
Thank you for the question.
In the past we have not recorded this type of presentation, but we are in discussions to see if we can do this moving forward.
