Dear Familes,

As we move into the middle of November, the calendar is full of wonderful opportunities for learning, celebration, and connection across both the Early Learning Centre and Primary years. We look forward to welcoming our newest families and sharing in the excitement of upcoming concerts, assemblies, and excursions.

In the Early Learning Centre, we are preparing to welcome our 2026 Kindergarten families this week, with the Parent Information Night on Monday, 10 November at 6pm, followed by the Orientation Morning on Wednesday 12 November. We’re also looking forward to our ELC Worship and the Year 2 Naturescape Excursion on Friday 14 November, both special moments for our children to learn, reflect, and explore together.

In 3–6, it’s another busy and joy-filled week. The Primary Music Concert takes place on Thursday evening, followed by the Music Breakfast on Friday morning. Also on Friday, our Year 3 students head off to SciTech, while selected Year 5 and 6 students represent the School at the Lego League Regional Competition. The week concludes with the 5MN Assembly at 2:20pm, a lovely opportunity to celebrate our students’ creativity and growth.

ELC and Primary Prayer Group

Each week, a group of parents and staff from both the ELC and Years 3–6 come together for a time of prayer and reflection, meeting at the ELC. This group provides a beautiful opportunity to pause, connect, and lift up our community in prayer. Everyone is warmly welcome to join,  whether regularly or whenever you are able to come. If you would like the group to pray for something specific, please don’t hesitate to let them know. You can also speak with or drop a note to the ladies at the front desk, who will gladly pass on your request in confidence.

Magpies at the ELC

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who took the time to contact the City of Joondalup regarding the recent magpie attacks. We are pleased to share that the principal magpie has now been safely removed by the council. Your support and prompt communication helped ensure the safety of our students and community . Thank you for partnering with us.

Warm regards

Hannah Lockwood-Jones & Andrew Johnston

We are delighted to invite you to the 2025 St Stephen’s School Presentation Evenings, a special celebration of our students’ achievements throughout the year.
Bookings are essential, but tickets are free of charge. Please ensure that all attendees, including guests, award recipients and performers, have a booked ticket. Parking will be available on the oval.
