Dear Parents and Guardians,
A very warm welcome to the 2026 school year at St Stephen’s. Whether you are returning to our community or joining us for the first time, we are delighted to have you with us.
It has been wonderful to see the students arrive today with such excitement and enthusiasm. While there were a few nerves, the children have settled in beautifully as the day has progressed.
Thank you to those families who attended the ELC information evening last week. It was lovely to connect with you, share key information, and welcome you into the classroom spaces.
We look forward to seeing families of students in Years 3–6 at our information evening tomorrow, Wednesday 28 January 2026, beginning at 6:00pm in the theatre before moving to classrooms.
As a follow-up to the ELC evening and in preparation for Years 3–6 information evening, we encourage you to refer to the Parent Handbook. It contains important information and is a helpful first point of reference for any questions.
Assembly and Worship (Years 3-6)
We would like to draw your attention to one alteration in our weekly routine for this year, which is the day and time of our Assemblies and Worship in Years 3-6. Assemblies have moved to a Monday afternoon, starting at 2.30pm. Worship, continues to be weekly, but has moved to a Friday afternoon, starting at 2.30pm. We will be updating the school calendar in the coming days to allow you to see when your child’s class assembly is.
