We just want to remind you of our meeting at Carramar campus tomorrow after school.

Duncraig students will meet at the Turning Circle immediately after school and be transported there and back in the school mini-bus. Our meeting is set for 3:45-4:45 pm. We will be discussing the upcoming Movie night, other fundraising initiatives and  activities for our time with the kids in Bali next year.

Duncraig students, please let your parents know that you will be back at Duncraig campus around 5 pm.

A reminder to the Duncraig students to please bring in your money and unsold tickets for our upcoming Movie Night Fundraiser tomorrow.

We wanted to meet you during Homeroom but due to a Remembrance Day Assembly we will need to meet you at Lunch Time instead.

Hi Team,
Thank you all who have sold tickets for the Fantastic Beasts Movie Night next Friday.
Below is a outline of what we need to do in the next week.

1. Get the tickets out and collect money. Duncraig will meet this Friday during homeroom to collect money and confirm numbers.
Mr Drake and I will post on the blog where to meet so stay tuned.

2. For those of you (and hopefully there won’t be many) who haven’t collected money by Friday we will still need to know exact numbers.

3. Friday pm the Grand Cinema will be given final numbers so they can allocate the right size cinema and a deposit will be paid.
Hopefully we will get the surround sound cinema so fingers crossed.

Our next cross campus meeting is coming up just before the movie night so at that meeting we will be looking for volunteers for the following..
* Ushering and welcoming guests
* Checking off tickets as guests enter
* Photography so we can post the fundraising result with a fun picture (just one or two good ones would be great)
* Someone to make up an A4 poster about Bali life to pop up at the ticket desk.
* Raffle ticket sellers. Grand have kindly donated a family pass and a double pass to be used for fundraising.
Other quick and simple raffle ideas for the night are welcome.

Mrs Ryan has the tickets for the latest Harry Potter film called ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’.  How exciting!

The movie is on Friday 16 November at Currambine Grand Cinemas and tickets are $15 each.

We make $5 per ticket to put towards fundraising. So let’s sell as many as we can.

Duncraig Students, please come to C3 Homeroom tomorrow during Homeroom time to collect your envelope with 10 tickets to sell. Money is due back in on Friday 9 November along with any unsold tickets.

Mr Drake will be in touch with Carramar Students about your tickets which will be given to you early next week.

Hi team,

Due to circumstances beyond our control our first meeting has changed to an “in-school meeting” on Thursday 18th of November from 12:15pm – 1:00pm at the Duncraig Campus in the Reading Room.

Mr Drake will bus the Carramar Students to and from Duncraig so be ready for 12:00pm.

We look forward to meeting everyone then.

Hello and welcome to our Indonesia Service Tour Team for 2019.

Next week we have our first meeting. this will be on Tuesday 16th at Duncraig Campus from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.

Carramar students can get the bus with Mr Drake and either return with him or get picked up from Duncraig (please let him know if this is the case).

The meeting will allows us to understand a bit more about our Bali partners (Bali Life) and discuss any pre-trip activities like fund raising, planning, resources etc. We will also organise the groups and plan for activities and projects once we are in Bali.

Plus it is a great way to meet get to know everyone.
