Well done to everyone for completing the Bunnings Day Training Session! Remember how to use the tools and skills you learned because they’ll come in handy when we are in South Africa.
- Power drill (wood and masonry)
- Torque wrench (screws, nuts and bolts)
- Saws (jigsaw and hand saw)
- Painting (rolling and brushing around trim)
- Liquid Nails
- Paving (measuring, levelling, cutting and laying)
- Bricklaying (making ‘mud’ to keep bricks together and pavers from shifting)
A special ‘Thank you’ goes to Belinda and her team of professionals at the Joondalup Bunnings for hosting this very important training session. Not only did they provide you with the necessary skills and safety training you need while we’re on tour, but they also donated a lot of sports equipment for the children we will be visiting in South Africa.
