Our Year 9 Rite Journey students took part in a challenge camp at The Kaadadjan Centre last week. A major part of the camp was spending 24 hours on a solo reflecting on life and the type of person they aspire to be. Students have been preparing for the solo throughout this year. They also went on a 16km hike along the Murray River which involved a river crossing, they challenged themselves on a high ropes course and involved themselves in team work activities in Laserscape. The classes participated as class groups and the Rite Journey program will culminate in a Project Exhibition and Homecoming Ceremony next Tuesday 24/11.
