Year 8 Immunisations for Academic Term 3:
The Year 8 immunisation program is conducted at St Stephen’s School by the City of Joondalup Immunisation team (9400 4938).
The next immunisations are as follows and will be given on;
Academic Term 3 – HPV (Gardasil for Human Papilloma Virus) dose 2 and Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (Adacel)
DATE: Thursday 18th May 2017.
Starting at 0830. Students will be called out in House groups, starting with Timae, then Alethea, then Carana.
