Father’s Day Fund Raising

September 3, 2019

These Year 11 Students thought of a novel way to fund raise for their Cambodia trip next year by helping out at the Primary School Father’s Day BBQ.

A big thank you to Joy Ford and Primary School team who gave the students the opportunity.

Fund Raising at Grill’d Hillarys

February 5, 2019

Alfie Jamieson has a fundraising jar at Grill’d (Hillarys) for the month of February.

He is fundraising for the South Africa Service Tour.

When you order a meal at Grill’d you will be given bottle caps, you can then place the bottle caps into one of three different fundraising jars.

Grill’d Local Matters began in 2011 as a way to give back to the communities. So far they have raised over $4,000,000 for more than 20,000 local community groups across Australia.

The objective is to fill the Alfie jar!

What a smashing idea!

Fundraising efforts are in full swing for the cohort of staff and students attending the 2019 St Stephen’s Global South Africa Tour. The group is looking forward to visiting orphanages and helping disadvantaged children next year. They have organised several fundraising activities and would love your support.

Who doesn’t love a Bunnings sausage sizzle – onions on top or bottom?

Head down to Bunnings Joondalup on Friday, December 7 and Whitfords on Saturday January 5 and 16 to grab a snag and support the South Africa 2019 Tour’s fundraising efforts.

You can also tick getting the car washed off the list of pre-Christmas jobs, with a school-based car wash at Duncraig on Monday, December 3 and at Carramar on Tuesday, December 4.

October 12, 2018

Year 7 and 8 students cross campus raised $538.00 for the TEAR Read-a-thon. We were one of only two schools in WA to pilot this Readathon for TEAR Australia. Well done to all the students, staff and parents who were involved in this fundraising initiative. Mrs Legg and a few of our students were interviewed by TEAR to provide feedback. Thank you all for supporting this cause.
