Year 12 Parent-Teacher Interviews

Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Student-Parent-Teacher Interviews for Year 12 students will be held on Monday 11 March, commencing at 4.00pm. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your child’s progress with their teachers. Interviews are 10 minutes long and there will be 2 sessions: 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm and 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm. We encourage students to be present to participate in the interview.
The interviews will be held in the Glenda Parkin Learning Centre (Year 7 Building).
Please note if for some reason a teacher is not available on the evening their name will not be listed, and you will receive an email from that teacher to organise an alternative time.
To book your interview time please go to: www.ststephens.wa.edu.au.
Then:
- Login to the Parent Portal
- Plan the Term Select Interview Booking
- Login to EdInfo (Simply select login)
- Synergetic Management System Select Interview
- Select Interview timetable
- Print Timetable
Your user name and password is the same as you use for SEQTA. If you have forgotten your username or password please call the Parent Hotline on:

Please note that bookings will close on 8 March at 4pm. If you are unable to book a time slot with a Teacher, please contact the Teacher via email.

EN ROUTE TO ROTTO

St Stephen’s School will be well represented at the Rottnest Channel Swim this Saturday, with a group of Secondary students and staff ready to take to the water! Our swimmers will be taking part in teams, duos and even a solo crossing.

Swimming with the fishies
February 21, 2019Here the Year 11 students are about to put their snorkelling and dive science theory into practise. They had a great time exploring the amazing underwater world at Mettam’s Pool.

Year 8 Earth Science Incursion
February 21, 2019Recently the Year 8 Science students have been learning about rocks and the rock cycle. As part of these studies, we had a visit from Earth Science Western Australia (ESWA) on Wednesday the 20th of February. The students took part in some hands-on activities and learned about how we identify rocks and why they are important. ESWA’s visit to our school was made possible by funding from their supporters and we would like to thank them for this opportunity for our students.

RAW IMPACT
February 20, 2019Over the holidays, Year 12 students and three staff from Carramar and Duncraig volunteered their time on the St Stephen’s Global Cambodia Tour. As a result of their hard work, a Cambodian family who were living in a small unsafe house now has a new home. Read more about the tour in the Joondalup Times.
WORDS OF WISDOM
February 8, 2019This week we welcomed back some of our Class of 2018 students!
At the whole school assembly, the new members of the 90s Club (top scoring ATAR students) passed on their advice to our current students, giving them a spark of inspiration as they begin to navigate another school year.
SUMMER OF SWIMMING
February 8, 2019We kicked off another season of swimming this week with the Secondary House Swimming Carnival!
Congratulations to all of our students for giving their best on the day, and to Timae who took out the winning house.
