HELPING HAND

UnitingCare West’s Tranby Centre has been open 24-hours-a-day this week for Homelessness Week. Two groups of St Stephen’s staff prepared lasagne, garlic bread and bread-and-butter pudding for around 100 people in need. They enjoyed chatting and getting to know the individuals and hearing about their journeys – what a wonderful way to give back.

Our School is once again supporting the UnitingCare West Christmas Appeal this year, supporting those who are disadvantaged in our community. Our community is encouraged to donate any food items from the list below, dropping the items to students’ classrooms or homerooms.
Donations open today and will remain open until the end of Week 7.
