Dear Tour Parents,
Just a few reminders:
- I encourage you to discuss immunisations for South Africa with your GP if you haven’t already done so. While it is not a requirement for your son/daughter to receive specific immunisations for this tour, some immunisations require booster shots that need to be spaced out over several weeks or months. Having said that, it is a good idea to at least discuss options/plans with your GP now rather than waiting until next school holidays.
- Over the next month, please start locating, reviewing and collecting the documents we need to take your son/daughter to South Africa. Passports must have at least 6 months validity remaining on them beyond our scheduled return date (22nd April 2018). We also need 2 certified copies of their Passport and 2 certified copies of their UNABRIDGED birth certificate. All certified documents must not be certified more than 6 months before travel.
- The 2nd instalment ($1250) for the 2018 South Africa Service Tour is due on Monday, the 30th of October. You can make the payment my clicking on the TOUR Payments link in the column to the right. –>
