Dear Tour Students,
Just a few reminders:
- We have a lunchtime Sausage Sizzle fundraiser at the St. Stephen’s School Duncraig Primary on Wednesday, 25th of October. Tour Student help is needed to help run this fundraiser, so I will set up a ‘sign-up’ sheet outside my office if you would like to volunteer some time between 11:00am and 2pm on the day. We only need about 10 helpers, so it will be first-in-best-dressed in terms of signing up. Those who volunteer… please keep in mind that it is YOUR responsibility to notify your teachers a couple days in advance that you will be involved in Service Learning on this day. Don’t wait until the day to notify them.
- We will have our fortnightly lunchtime meeting next TUESDAY, the 24th of October (due to the Primary Sausage Sizzle fundraiser on the Wednesday). Please set yourself a reminder, as attendance is compulsory.
- After next week’s fundraiser, I will update the fundraising thermometer in the column to the right to reflect both the Drum-For-A-Cause and Primary Sausage Sizzle . –>
- Keep up your fundraising efforts! There are lots of opportunities…you just have to look for them.
