Could you please meet myself and Miss Everett during lunch on Thursday 30th August in A7 for a brief meeting to discuss the first fundraising event next Friday 7th of September.

Just confirming that tonight’s information evening will begin at 6.15pm in Cousin’s Hall at Duncraig campus.  The evening should last not more than 45 minutes.

We will be covering information such as updates on the tour, documents and safety as well as fundraising.

For those families who are unable to make the evening we will be able to forward information home later on in the week.

Our Parent Info Evening will be held next Monday.  We are still confirming the location and time however it will likely be a 6pm or 6.15pm start.

The evening will include an update on tour arrangements, discussion for fundraising and an opportunity for families to meet other parents and the tour staff.

If you are unable to make it, information will be uploaded to our blog in the days following the evening.

Tomorrow is our first catch up event.  Thanks to all of you for replying.

I will be at Duncraig to help with transport to Carramar after school.  If you wish to bring a change of clothes for the activities and dinner –  that is up to you.   Whilst we have lots of activities and planning to do, it will be pretty casual.

Dinner will finish at 7pm at which time you will be free for pick up by your parents. You will only need about $20 for dinner.

If possible can you bring a photocopy of your passport information page if you haven’t already.  We will need to these to begin booking flights.

As per normal if you have any questions, ask your tour leaders at your campus.
