Smith Family Raffle and Stall
St Stephen’s OSHClub would like to thank everyone for their amazing support of our raffle and stall held last week, to raise money for The Smith Family.
We are very proud to announce we raised a massive $450.
A very special thank you to all those that donated to the raffle or stall including our OSHClub families, Hoyts Currambine for the popcorn and our educators, especially Cass for donating her time to help run the stall.
Of course, the super stars of our fundraising efforts were the OSHClub children for their amazing effort over the last 2 weeks in preparation for the stall. Making mountains of playdough, bookmarks, kindness cards and food, the children developed their awareness and empathy for other young people who are less fortunate than themselves and are proud to be able to help The Smith Family create a better future for these children.
For those that would still like to help these children to believe in themselves and achieve their dreams you can still donate by visiting our Smith Family fundraising page at
https://events.thesmithfamily.com.au/fundraisers/ststephensoshclub/jag
All donations over $2 are tax deductible. We also still have bags of playdough and bookmarks made by the children available at OSHClub through to the end of the term (unless sold out).
And now to the Winners…….
Electric Toothbrush – Naisha Kasad
Hamper no1 – Natalia Kadic
Hamper no 2 – Caileigh Van Deventer
Hamper no 3 – Star Mhlanga
Knot a Blanket – Harry Lightbody
A big congratulations to you all.
Also a quick reminder that if you require care during the pupil free days between the 17 and 24 of July book in or enrol at oshclub.com.au we are looking forward to lots of fun. Any queries please drop in to OSHClub or call Shelley on 0478 066 366.
Term 2 Running Club
All students in Kindy to Year 6 and their families are encouraged to join Miss Uglow on the Primary Green every Thursday morning to run as many laps around the Green as you can! No matter what your ability is, come on down to earn House points, improve your fitness, build your confidence and run your way towards a healthier lifestyle.
Each participating individual will be given their own Running Club lapathon card to count their laps every week. Runners will earn 1 Running Club House Point for every lap they complete around the Primary Green. Running Club lapathon cards must be left with Miss Uglow at the end of each session. You will use the same running club card each week unless you have reached 100 laps… after that you will need a new one!

Children’s University
The Women’s World Cup kicks off in Australia and New Zealand this month – one of the biggest sporting events in the world! Every World Cup has its own unique ball, and your challenge for this month is to come up with a new design. It may represent the different countries involved, the hosts or the sport itself – it is entirely up to you. Share a photo of your design on the portal, or show me at our next stamping passport session (Tuesday 1 August) to earn one hour in your Passport.
