Loud Shirt Day 2021
Exciting news! Loud Shirt Day is fast approaching, we will be celebrating this on Friday 12 November. Loud Shirt Day is the perfect excuse to wear your brightest shirt and get LOUD and PROUD to raise money to help give the gift of sound and speech to deaf children.
This year we are:
- Inviting the students to wear their loudest shirts for a gold coin donation
- Celebrating being LOUD with a lunchtime disco in the forum
Scholastic Book Club
The Scholastic Book Club deadline for ordering from issue 7 (the last issue this year) is Sunday 24th October 2021.
To assist parents with keeping any Book Club purchases “secret” for Christmas, this term all orders will be delivered to the Library for collection. Please come anytime between 8.25am and 3.30pm to pick up your Book Club orders. If you have any questions ring the Library on 93067128.

Learning outside the classroom never needs to stop. Continue to log hours in your passport for this term – it all goes towards next year’s graduation.
The CUA Challenge for October is:
The theme for this month is Sustainability and so we’re challenging our members to put their creative hats on to produce some sustainable Wind Chimes! Students can use any natural or recycled materials that create different sounds when they’re hung up in the wind. Students can take a photo to their CU Coordinator to earn one hour in their Passport to Learning or upload their work below.
