Term 2 – Week 1 – Notices

Welcome back! It is so lovely to see all the students return today. We hope you enjoyed a break in routine and some time together.

We have a few items to bring to your attention before your child’s class teacher updates you with more class specific information tomorrow.

First Week Back Events:

ELC

Friday 28 April, 9am – Worship

3-6

Friday 28 April, 2.30pm – ANZAC assembly run by the House Captains & Mr Johnston

ELC- Afterschool Play

The number of students attending O.S.H after school has risen significantly. As a result, OSH requires the use of the Year 1 -2 playground from 3.45pm onwards. This will mean that this playground is out of use for the community from 3.45 pm. If you would like to stay and play, please use the large playground and oval as an alternative play space. We also kindly ask that students do not come into the ELC building after 3.20pm as OSH use the building and its facilities after school hours. Should your child need to use the bathroom please use the visitors toilet at reception. We thank you in advance in supporting a service that is well utilised by our community.

ELC Mother’s Day – Save the Date

Our ELC Mother’s Day and Special Guests will be taking place on Friday 12 May, 8.30 – 9.45am. Please see the attached flyer.

3-6 Parking Tomorrow

We request for 3-6 parents that all cars are moved off the Doveridge Drive verge by 9am at the latest tomorrow please. Secondary are holding their Interhouse Cross Country carnival between 8.30-10am, and due to roadworks on the eastern side of the freeway, students will now be running this route.

Clubs

Information and booking of our clubs will be available later next week. Please ensure you take note of the time when booking opens as there are limited spaces for each activity.
