Last Day of School for 2019
As indicated on the School calendar, school closes on Wednesday 11 December at 3:10pm for 3-6 students and 3:20pm for ELC students. The closing time on the last day of Term 4 has been under discussion for some time and the move to close after a full day is in response to various transport obligations, including bus routes.
Thank you.

Primary School Construction
As you may be aware, we will be having some wonderful renovations take place in the Year 6 building. As the process needs to begin before the students finish the year, you will notice some changes around that space starting later this week.
The Year 6 area, including the small playground will be fenced off to allow the builders to begin the process. There will also be a skip-bin in the staff parking area. We have made these arrangements in order to allow the kiss-and-drive area to be fully functional for you at the beginning and end of the school day.
While these areas will be back to being functional for the start of the new year, the finishing touches to the Year 6 space are due to be completed in the first few weeks of 2020.
Thank you for your understanding as we are flexible with our space to allow these exciting updates to take place.
Farewell Sue Stopher
Sue Stopher (Curriculum and Primary Administration Leader) joined St Stephen’s School in February 1993 and has dedicated many years to supporting staff and students alike. During her time at SSS, she was the Head of Libraries, Coordinator of Curriculum and, for some time, a Digital Learning Mentor.
It is with sadness that we farewell Sue after her extended years of service to the school and wish her all the best for the future.
